Opening timesSEASON 2025 COMMENCES FEB 15th usually open until the end of May* WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS 9-4 WEDNESDAY - FRIDAY 10-4 CLOSED MONDAY AND TUESDAYS (UNLESS A PUBLIC HOLIDAY) LAST CAR IN HALF AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING TIME STRICTLY! Please note if the CFS declares the day as a CATASTROPHIC day we will be CLOSED! *Hours and season opening times subject to change due to unpredictability of growing fresh fruit and weather.

Entry FeesENTRY FEE: $6 per adult (13 +) $3 per child (3 - 12) FREE 2 and under Your entry fee includes - all you can eat apples, use of our outdoor games and amusements and use of our amenities. You must pay for what pick, therefore, only pick what you intend to take home, please see Apple Pricing.

Apple PricingWe love a bargain so the more you pick the less you’ll pay! 0kg - 5kg $5 per kg 5kg - 10kg $4.50 per kg 10kg + $4.00 per kg Need bulk apples? Making your own cider or juice - let us know how much you need and we are always accommodating with bulk prices.

How to get to us@Lenswood is approximately 40 mins from Adelaide CBD. Our farm is in the Hills and the roads are very windy, so if you want a less windy way to travel head up the South Eastern Freeway - however, this will take much longer!

VarietiesWe have 7 different varieties all ready at different times throughout the season - we are dealing with Mother Nature so follow our Facebook for exact times of when your favourite variety is ready for picking. What to bring with you@Lenswood is an apple farm. You’re coming to us for an agricultural experience - expect farm stuff. Like dirt, grass, stones, uneven surfaces and weather. Your car may even get some dust on it. Wear appropriate clothing - that’s instagramable of course!We love the outdoors and our environment so bring your own bag for apple picking or buy one of our recyclable ones for $2.

Can I have a picnic in the orchard?Due to the number of people we get through our orchard - we can only accommodate picnics during our mid week opening hours - these are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. If you would like to have a picnic we can recommend coming apple picking and then heading to Lenswood Memorial Oval on Swamp Road or Bushland Park at Lobethal - these are both 4 and 10 minute drives respectively. Both have new amazing playgrounds for all ages, chairs and tables and toilets. Lobethal also has BBQ's.

Can I bring my dog?Yes! we love our dog.. so you can bring yours too. We just ask for a gold coin donation that we give to a Puppy Rescue. Your dog is YOUR responsibility, it MUST BE ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES, it MUST BE FRIENDLY and if your dog is causing disruptions to other customers, our property, staff or anything you will be asked to leave. Anything your dog breaks, chews etc. you will be responsible to pay for.

ConditionsNO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. YOU MUST PAY FOR WHAT YOU PICK. Our orchard is a functioning commercial farm, will all the risks of a commercial farm - on entering our property you must follow directions of signs and staff to stay safe. Our farm is also our home again, on entering our property you must stay within the boundaries - see our terms and conditions for further information.

Can I have a birthday party at the orchard?Yes, however, the party must occur in our events space - email us for bookings info@atlenswood.com.au

Do you accept 'Companion Cards'?@Lenswood does not accept companion cards. Everyone is required to pay the entry fee for entrance into the property.
Bring your dog!
We love our German Shepherd Chloe, so you are more than welcome to bring your dog!
We just ask that you make a donation on entry which we pass onto Adelaide Pets Alive! - This is a new animal re-homing organisation. Their mission is to end pet euthanasia and homelessness. And guess what - this organisation was also founded by some nurses too!
Your dog must remain on a lead at all times, be friendly and remains entirely your responsibility. We will not take ANY responsibility for your dog. If you’re bringing your fury friend make sure you pick up after them - if our dog did something in your backyard.. we'd pick it up!
